I’m Vivienne Schwarzbach, a Senior Business English consultant working privately with European professionals who operate in English-speaking markets.
My work focuses on how language, tone, and delivery land in senior professional contexts — particularly where small linguistic choices have a disproportionate impact on authority, credibility, and influence.
I’m a native English speaker with professional fluency in German, French, and Spanish, and a background in linguistics and education. This gives me a precise understanding of the difference between accuracy, fluency, and authority — and why fluency alone is often not enough at senior level.
Communication power is shaped by multiple variables: cultural expectation, register, pacing, emphasis, and intent. I work with clients to refine these elements so their expertise is communicated with greater clarity, control, and leverage.
