Why I Started This Consultancy
Every day, I encountered brilliant, capable professionals whose external presentation did not match their potential — or whose communication came across colder, sharper, or more formal than they intended.
I also saw small teams — especially front-of-house — struggling with consistency, warmth, confidence, or polished behaviour, even when they were genuinely kind, capable individuals.
Managers noticed these problems, but rarely knew how to address them without sounding critical or inappropriate.
I realised there was a gap:
someone who understood style, behaviour, and multilingual communication, and could teach them with warmth and elegance.
That became my work.
